Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle; we never see or store your full card number.

• To create and manage your account and enroll you in courses (performance of our contract with you).
• To track seat time, completion, and grades required by your training program (performance of our contract and legitimate interests).
• To schedule and manage in-person skills sessions (performance of our contract).
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligations).

• Service providers — hosting, database, and platform providers that operate the website on our behalf.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, sales, tax compliance, and invoicing for course purchases.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain training and certification records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
