Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Integrity Fire Training, LLC ("Integrity Fire Training", "we", "us"), the operator of this training platform. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf, and that you are at least 18 years old.

We provide online, hybrid, and in-person fire service training courses, including lesson materials, seat-time tracking, skills-session scheduling, and completion records. Course content, schedules, and requirements may be updated by our instructors from time to time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your seat time and coursework must be your own; misrepresenting participation may result in removal from a course without credit.

You must not misuse the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud or send spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights, including copying or redistributing course materials;
• Interfering with the security or operation of the platform, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping content;
• Sharing your account or letting another person complete coursework in your name.

The platform and all course content, materials, software, and branding are owned by Integrity Fire Training, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the courses you are enrolled in for your personal training only. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits of the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. When access ends, your right to use course materials ends; completion records may be retained as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
