Refund Policy

Integrity Fire Training, LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@integrityfiretraining.com and we will help you with your request.
What Happens After a Refund
- Once a refund is approved, your enrollment in the refunded course is canceled and access to its materials is removed immediately.
- Paid course access remains open for 45 days from the date of purchase. If the course is not completed in that window, the seat closes and tuition must be paid again to re-open it. Saved progress is retained.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
- Free ($0) courses are not purchases and can simply be dropped from your student portal.
